Dr. Williamson is a faculty member of The University of Texas at San Antonio. Some career attributes include Child Development Associate Credential Instructor, Head Start Director of Curricula & Service Design, and Master Trainer for the Texas Early Childhood System. She led the team that achieved NAEYC accreditation for the first San Antonio Head Start programs. Melissa has a Masters in Education and completed her training in family engagement from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.

Michael is the producer of CDA's bilingual standardized training courses, and a famous Parenting Curriculum Blogger on Douyin as Dadwise (maikenaoba123).

He has extensive experience as a founder and entrepreneur. He has successfully grown businesses in both China and America. From 2018-19, he built a series of training programs for the University of Illinois and the Industrial Commercial Bank of China. Michael is bilingual and holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign and a certificate degree in Financial Management from the University of Chicago, Graham School.

Ying LIU

Executive President, International Early Education Institute

An early education specialist, Ying graduated from Cambridge college, MA, US. with a Master in Early Education. She holds all teaching certificates issued by the Massachusetts early childhood education department. She is a Professional Development Specialist (PDS) for the CDA, and senior director at an early childhood education center in Massachusetts. Ying has been devoted to promoting the development of the early education industry, and improving professionalism of teachers across the early childhood education field.

Dr. Huaiying KANG

Chief Strategy Officer  & CDA Instructor

Dr. Kang is Chief Strategy Officer at ChildWise International, and also serves as the Director of the UPenn – ChildWise PLN CDA Program. Her expertise focuses on curriculum design, teaching, and leadership in innovative education. She is also an expert in STEAM education research and application (early childhood/K-12/higher education). Additionally, she has experience with Montessori, IB and multicultural, multilanguage integration systems. As a highly experienced practitioner of teacher’s professional training, curriculum design, and family education, she has been invited to provide training sessions for colleges, universities, education groups (K-12), and early childhood education institutions, and gave speeches at many early childhood education and family education forums. Dr. Kang also has background in Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering.

Jinqiao OUYANG  (Chief Operating Officer, China)

Ouyang received a bachelor's degree in education management from South China Normal University and worked in BAT Internet companies and well-known preschool institutions and real estate companies. With 12 years of experience in the education industry, he has clear experience in top-level strategy design of preschool education business, successful cases of investment and operation of preschool education business, familiar with marketing of preschool education and operation mode of chain education institutions, and experience in Internet product development and operation management.

Hui ZHANG（Chief Marketing Officer, China）

Hui has held educational management positions at Motorola University and Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. She has over ten years of experience in educational institution management and multinational and cross-cultural training programs. She holds a bachelor's degree in management from Harbin University of Science and Technology and is currently a graduate student in business management from Capital University of Economics and Business.

Doris SUN   Marketing Manager

Doris has nearly 10 years of experience in the operation of international education and training programs. She was one of the first students in China to become CDA certified. She is currently responsible for education and training operations and expansion in China. Doris holds a Master's degree from the University of Nottingham.

Amber LIANG   CDA Product Manager

Amber has seven years teaching experience in top international schools in China. She holds the second level National Qualification for Psychological Counselors and has received training from both the Berlin International School and Budapest Bilingual School. She was awarded “Outstanding Teacher of Beijing” in 2017 and “Best Instructor” by the Hope China English Festival in 2019.

Tony HOU  Digital Marketing Specialist

Tony graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in marketing. He has two years of digital marketing experience, such as social media marketing, search engine marketing, and search engine optimization.

Graduate of the Kelley School of Business, Xiang has experience working on educational projects and online course production. He is skilled at approaching product development from the perspective of the customer. In his current role he is responsible for ChildWise CDA’s online product development.
